Make it easy by going with just two tones (if you find yourself trying to figure out if a stripe is black or navy, don't worry, no one else will be able to tell either). Keep accessories romantic (pearls, flower earrings, etc.) and not sailing themed (anchors, ship wheels) when you're wearing this much striping. You don't want to go into nautical overload.
